Description

In this task, you'll actively promote inclusion and diversity within the Mautic community, building on the fact that we are already proud of being a welcoming and supportive space.

However, we recognize that there's always room to improve. You’ll work to identify any barriers that might prevent underrepresented groups from participating and propose solutions to make our community even more accessible. This could involve advocating for more inclusive language, ensuring diverse representation at events, or creating initiatives to encourage broader participation.

The goal is to continually grow and evolve into an even more inclusive, global community where everyone feels valued and empowered.
