Description
Add slot-level buffer protocol support (Py_bf_getbuffer/Py_bf_releasebuffer) and ergonomic alloconda APIs for exposing buffers. Include allotest coverage across supported Python versions and validate Py_buffer lifecycle (shape/strides/readonly).
