Description

Windows cannot be tested, so we should:

  • Remove --include-windows flag from wheel-all
  • Remove Windows-related code paths (.pyd handling, etc.)
  • Document in README/docs that Windows is not supported

Research direction

Start by locating the wheel-all entry point and the Windows-related code paths, including .pyd handling. Remove the --include-windows flag and those paths, then update the README or docs to state that Windows is unsupported; done means the build tooling no longer targets Windows and the documentation matches.
