Description
For expvar I need the status of sqlite.
sqlite delivers stats per sqlite3_db_status
I would try to implement it myself, but I have no experience in C and calling C from Go
Is there an workaround?

Research direction
Start with the linked SQLite sqlite3_db_status documentation and inspect go-sqlite3's existing C-to-Go binding entry points. The issue names no files or tests; done means exposing the requested SQLite database status so it can be used for expvar, with the public API shape established.
