Description

For the PRs Needing Review Section, when the last record at bottom has changes requested from the reviewer(s), the help text for the "+/-" still opens downward so the text "Changes Requested" is not visible.

First steps

  1. Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.
  2. Comment on the issue to say you are picking it up — it saves two people doing the same work.
  3. Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
  4. Open a pull request that references the issue number.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the PRs Needing Review section with the last sidebar record showing changes requested. Inspect the +/- help-text behavior at the bottom of the list; it is done when the “Changes Requested” text is visible rather than opening downward out of view.
