Description

Research direction
Start by locating the existing /cloud command handlers and the code that sends server-management actions to the cloud service. Determine how the server name is resolved and how other commands report completion or errors. Done means /cloud name restart restarts the selected Mattermost server and has coverage for the command's behavior.
