Description
Are we able to access the server logs when debugging e2e tests? Also, is it possible to instead of using the MM test container, and instead run MM locally? This is so the dev can edit the server code during writing/debugging a test

Research direction
Start with the linked pull request discussion and inspect how e2e tests currently use the Mattermost test container. Determine where server logs and the test server lifecycle are handled; done should provide a clear way to access logs and support running Mattermost locally while editing server code.
