Description
When running `update_server.py`,
```python
init_ecosystem(ctx, "multi_chain", ["6565", "6566"])
```
Turn this into:
```python
init_ecosystem(ctx, "multi_chain", [os.getenv("CHAIN_D")])
```
Or like a list of chain ids or something.

Research direction
Open update_server.py and inspect the init_ecosystem call used by update_server.py for the multi_chain setup. Confirm how the chain ID or list of chain IDs should be supplied through the environment, then verify the update flow uses that configured value instead of the hard-coded IDs.
