[Feature Request]: mo_ctl function that print out memory usage

### Describe the feature you'd like

A molt function that prints out memory usage. Print out all info related, including all malloc stats, and go runtime stats -- most important ones like gc target/goal, gc in use, alive etc.

The target is that all the printed out, adds up, match OS memory usage.
