docker architecture armhf and arm64

The docker image can't be used on an arm environment.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Please provide an armhf and arm64 image, so that a SoC (System on Chip) like a RaspberryPi (or equal systems) can use the docker image.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I am building it myself yet, this works.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the Docker image build and publishing configuration, then check how architectures are declared and released. Done means published images support both armhf and arm64 and can run on a Raspberry Pi or equivalent ARM system.
