Description
In a similar vein as the introduction of the "Update Ecosystem Info" [issue template](https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix.org/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/update-ecosystem-info.yaml) (see also: #3247), I wonder whether we should create another template, this time for adding new ecosystem projects.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/update-ecosystem-info.yaml template and the related discussion in issue #3247. Add a separate issue template for adding new ecosystem projects, with its content guided by the repository’s conventions; it is done when the new template is available alongside the existing one.
