Description

In the same vein as #3321, Anil Dash also has a mortarboard (academia hat) button that opens a pop up. In that pop up, there is text to quote the post in the format expected for the following academic standards

- APA
- MLA
- Chicago

According to an academic friend, in Europe the "Harvard Referencing" is more widely used. I will dig out the type of format each expect.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the related issue #3321 and the existing Anil Dash mortarboard button and pop-up described in this issue. Identify the website entry point for that pop-up, then add APA, MLA, and Chicago quotation formats; confirm the result also accounts for the unresolved question about Harvard referencing.
