specifically 'why do all the matrix users part and join sometimes'? and 'can matrix people see what i read without being joined to the irc channel'? (the answer is no, unless it's been configured otherwise, modulo the restart race bug)

Research direction
Locate the FAQ content for the matrix.org public website and review how existing entries are written. Add entries answering why Matrix users sometimes part and rejoin during IRC bridging, and whether they can see IRC-channel history without joining, including the stated configuration and restart-race caveat. Done means both questions and their qualifications are clearly covered.
