Description
We use en_GB in our communication. Dates are a notorious pain in the backside, but we should try to align on how to format them.
I suggest:
- `2025-12-03` For short form
- `Wednesday, 3rd December` for the long form

Research direction
The issue proposes short and long date formats for en_GB but names no files, tests, or entry points. First locate where the website formats dates and determine which displayed dates are in scope; done means the agreed formats are applied consistently.
