Add a link to the Committees page in the Foundation top menu (same as Working Groups)

Could we add a link to the Committees page in the Foundation top menu please (same as Working Groups)?

It just feels weird that they are not referenced up there given the WG are attached to them.

I would expect this ^ menu to be:

**Foundation**

|_ Governing Board
|_ Committees
|_ Working Groups
