Description
When creating a new account on beta.matrix.org via https://beta.element.io/account/register, it makes me accept the [Element Software and Services License Agreement](https://element.io/ssla).
I would have expected an agreement between me and the Matrix.org Foundation, not Element.
Also, the agreement speaks about an "Order Form or Subscription", which I don't have.
