Description
When I view m.org on my phone holding it horizontally so stuff is larger, and assuming the browser url bar is hidden automatically, the m.org navbar will still take up like 1/3 of the screen uselessly.

Research direction
No file or test is named; start by locating the m.org navbar component and its responsive styles, then reproduce the issue in a phone-sized landscape viewport with the browser URL bar hidden. Done means the navbar no longer consumes roughly one-third of the screen in that viewport while remaining usable in other layouts.
