Specify features of ecosystem projects in url

In the conduit documentation, we want to be able to show people a list of clients that supports [registration tokens](https://github.com/govynnus/matrix-doc/blob/token-registration/proposals/3231-token-authenticated-registration.md) without managing the list ourselves. We can imagine others have similar needs as well. query parameters to specify features, licenses, maturity, etc. of ecosystem projects would allow this issue to be solved.

Done should mean project URLs can accept query parameters for features, licenses, maturity, and similar metadata so the conduit documentation can show matching clients without a manually maintained list.
