Difference between Foundation membership and donations isn't quite clear

Hm, I find the donation process very confusing:

There is https://matrix.org/support/ and https://matrix.org/membership/. The first one lists the foundation members, the second one tells you how to become a member. Both of them link to some donorbox, but https://donorbox.org/keep-matrix-exciting allows entering a custom amount and https://donorbox.org/membership-303 does not. I just assume the first one is not a membership then, even though it allows donating the same amount, but if I wasn't reading everything twice, I wouldn't have noticed and once I was on the membership page, it wasn't obvious for me how to find the current members, since it only lists counts at the bottom...

I just found the memberlist on the donate page by accident, but I didn't find it, when I was looking for it.

I would prefer it, if the foundation membership had its own link on the navigation bar and if the donation page would make it explicit, if it includes a membership or not. Especially on the donorbox links.

Start by comparing the content and navigation of matrix.org/support/ and matrix.org/membership/, including their linked Donorbox pages. Trace how the member list and membership counts are presented. Done means visitors can distinguish donations from foundation membership, find the member list, and understand the purpose of each Donorbox link.
