Description

At the moment it's not very clear how much the Silver membership fees will be.

The answer lies in the membership agreement document, but we should make that information public on the /membership page.

A sort of slider coupled with an `input` field that allows you to input your headcount and that gives you the expected fees in return would probably work?

Research direction

Start at the /membership page and read the membership agreement document to determine the Silver-tier fee rules and inputs. Add a public headcount input, potentially with a slider, that displays the expected fees; done means visitors can determine the Silver membership cost without consulting the agreement.
