Timestamp weirdness for (some?) blog posts

In https://matrix.turbo.fish/blog/2023/03/28/security-releases-matrix-js-sdk-24-0-0-and-matrix-react-sdk-3-69-0/ the timestamp is shown as 00:00 which doesn't sound correct (I didn't post it at midnight). I wouldn't think much of it if *other* posts didn't have sensible timestamps though.

Maybe not worth bothering with if it's just an issue with some old posts since previously we didn't show the timestamp at all but figured I'd file in case there some data corruption going on in the migration process.

Start with the linked blog post and compare its displayed timestamp with other posts that have sensible times. Trace where this post’s timestamp comes from and check whether the migration preserved its original data; done means correcting the timestamp or documenting that the source data cannot recover it.
