Description
Someone promoted their Slack-to-Matrix-migrator on the Slack bridge repo issues.
As far as I can tell, the migrator isn't specific to the bridge but can be used standalone or with another bridge.
* https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-appservice-slack/issues/600
The migrator reads a Slack export and writes the history as an appservice to Matrix rooms.
If we had multiple, active migrator projects, they could become their own category.
---
Sidenote, Element has a few migrators (e.g. Slack and RocketChat) that aren't open source.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the referenced Slack bridge issue and the examples of Slack and RocketChat migrators mentioned here. Determine whether enough active, standalone migrator projects exist to justify a new category; done means the category decision and its scope are clearly defined.
