Description
The right margin doesn't need to be so big. It makes some parts of the spec (eg the changelog) very hard to read:

Research direction
Use the attached screenshot and inspect the specification layout, starting with the styles or template that controls the page width and the changelog presentation. Reduce the excessive right margin so the changelog and other specification sections are easier to read, then verify the rendered pages against the reported layout problem.
