Expirable reusable invites

If I run a semi-public community, I might want to hand out a single invite link to my friends, trusting them to pass it around to their friends. However, if it falls into the wrong hands, i'd want to expire it and create a new one.

I don't think we currently have a proposal that matchese these semantics?

The issue provides no file, test, or entry point to follow. First turn the proposed reusable, expirable invite-link behavior into an agreed Matrix protocol proposal, including its lifecycle and replacement semantics; done requires a reviewed specification change with corresponding validation or examples.
