Description
It would be nice to return the number of requests left before you will be rate limited somehow, perhaps as an `X-Rate-Limit-Remaining` header (this name is what both Github and Twitter APIs use)?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the specification's rate-limiting and response-header definitions; define the remaining-request header and its semantics there, with the work done when the protocol behavior is unambiguous.
