Description
Currently it's unspecified which mimetypes and characteristics should actually supported by the m.audio/m.video/m.image msgtypes. This is a major interoperability shortcoming - I need to know which formats my client should be able to accept & render. E.g. do we speak MP3 or AAC for audio?

Research direction
Review the existing specification entries for the m.audio, m.video, and m.image message types, along with the imported SPEC-169 context. The work is done when the specification clearly defines the supported MIME types and characteristics needed for clients to interoperate.
