Description

What happens if I add an action of `{"set_tweak": "sound"}` (with no `value`) to a push rule? Is it rejected by the server? is it the same as `value: default`? or the same as not setting the tweak at all?

Research direction

Start with the Matrix push rule action definition and the `set_tweak` action for `sound`, then trace how an omitted `value` is specified or handled. Done means documenting whether the action is rejected, treated as `default`, or equivalent to leaving the tweak unset.
