Clarify w.r.t presence updates of user in sync API

In the spec on the sync API https://matrix.org/docs/spec/client_server/r0.6.0#id251 on presence updates, the following is specified:

"The updates to the presence status of **other users**." (Emphasis mine)

This would appear to suggest that the user's own presence is excluded, which at least to me appears to contradict https://matrix.org/docs/spec/client_server/r0.6.0#events-on-change-of-profile-information

Perhaps this could use different wording to make the intent more clear?

Start with the sync API presence-updates section linked in the issue, then compare its wording with the linked “events on change of profile information” section. Update the specification wording so it clearly states whether a user’s own presence updates are included, and verify that the two sections no longer appear contradictory.
