Description
Now that identity server support auth on endpoints, we can support a "list all my bindings" API which clients can then use more efficiently than looking up their bindings to see if they exist.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reading the existing identity-server authentication and binding specification, then determine the required shape and semantics of a list-all-bindings API. Done means the API is agreed and documented with sufficient detail for clients and identity servers to implement it.
