Description

Currently, only a web site keys are given, which results in the fact that Android apps cannot use the [built-in mechanism](https://developer.android.com/training/safetynet/recaptcha) for Recaptcha challenges. Now, Android apps have to embed a web view, which is rather cumbersome.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the Matrix User-Interactive Authentication specification and the linked Android reCAPTCHA mechanism, then determine how an Android site key should be supplied alongside the existing web site keys. Done means the specification clearly defines the option and its use by Android clients.
