Should ignored users be dropped from m.typing and m.receipt events in sync?

The current text states that servers should drop "events sent by [an ignored user]" from sync responses, but doesn't explain what should happen with `m.typing` and `m.receipt` events, which are more aggregating data sent by several users than they are "events sent by the ignored user".
