Description
As far as I know anonymous reactions are currently not supported with Matrix.
It would be great if that could be allowed (maybe optionally).
Then also the [Mautrix Telegram bridge](https://github.com/mautrix/telegram/issues/777) would be able to exchange reactions with with Telegram.
