Give access to status info

Settings -> Help and Info should provide a link to info about the server if it provides any. So on matrix.org it might point to http://status.matrix.org/. Access to the matrix Twitter would be good too. Such links could still work even if one's server is down.

Start at the Settings → Help and Info entry point and trace how server-provided information is exposed. Check how matrix.org advertises its status page and Twitter account, then verify that the links remain available when the user's server is down.
