Description
It would be nice that after a panic, apps are called back one way or another (via a new kind of listener/callback), so they can prompt the user to submit a rageshake, crash the app, or something along those lines.

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the FFI panic-handling boundary in the Rust SDK and its existing application-facing callbacks; the design should define how apps receive panic notifications and how that behavior is tested.
