Description
If a user rejects access to their camera/microphone it would be useful if it were possible to allow that user to proceed in a receive only (recvonly in SDP) state. Supporting the functionality is the responsibility of the JS SDK but making it have good UX is the responsibility of higher layers.

Research direction
Start by tracing the SDK's WebRTC getUserMedia permission handling and SDP direction setup. Determine where a rejected camera or microphone request can transition the session to recvonly, while leaving the higher-layer UX responsibility outside this change. Done means the SDK supports continuing in a receive-only state after permission rejection.
