Unable to retrieve MXRoom name when pending to accept invitation

Description
It should be possible to retrieve the name of an `MXRoom` that a user has been invited to before joining.
Currently the `room.state.name` or and `room.summary.displayname` are both `nil` before joining the room, when they should have the names instead.

Start by tracing how pending invitation rooms populate room.state.name and room.summary.displayname before the user joins. Reproduce the pre-join state described in the issue, then identify the existing room metadata retrieval path. Done means both properties expose the MXRoom name while the invitation is still pending.
