Cannot select Github repo that is a fork

Currently when connecting to a Github organization, any repositories that are forks will not be searchable in the `Project` field:
For example the [TriliumNext/Notes](https://github.com/TriliumNext/Notes) repository (A fork of Trilium/Notes) doesn't show up in the project field when searching for it, but the [TriliumNext/Docs](https://github.com/TriliumNext/Docs) repository does show up (not a fork).


Start at the GitHub organization connection and the Project field's repository search, then reproduce the difference between the forked TriliumNext/Notes repository and the non-fork TriliumNext/Docs repository. Done means repositories that are forks appear in the searchable Project field when connecting a GitHub organization.
