myhours integration

I'm not sure if this would fall into hookshot's domain but it'd be great if I could use hookshoot to do basic myhours tasks such as sending reminders for incomplete time sheets.

This effort might be aided by borrowing code from https://github.com/Johennes/myhours-browser-extension or https://github.com/Half-Shot/my-hours-cli.

Review hookshot’s existing project-management service integrations, then compare the referenced myhours-browser-extension and my-hours-cli projects. Define which basic myhours tasks are in scope, including reminders for incomplete timesheets, and identify the integration entry points and completion checks before implementation.
