Description
I'm currently using Matrix-Hookshot and have encountered challenges when trying to integrate both personal and organization GitHub repositories. Given GitHub's restrictions on app installations—where an app installed on a personal account cannot access organization repositories and vice versa—it's cumbersome to manage integrations across both scopes.
The only way is to launch a second hookshot instance?

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing the existing GitHub integration configuration and GitHub's app-installation scope restrictions. Done would mean determining whether one Hookshot instance can support both personal and organization repositories, or documenting the need for separate instances.
