Description

It appears that this repo is defacto maintained by Element as a tool to develop Element products and the underlying SDKs whose development Element is sponsoring. In fact, the README clearly references "It codifies https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/blob/develop/code_style.md.", and further it is using https://github.com/RiotRobot for some automated tasks.

If this is correct, I would suggest to follow in the footsteps of https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk/pull/4901 and make this sponsorship explicit in the README.

Research direction

Start with the repository README and compare its current project description with the sponsorship wording in matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk pull request 4901. Update the README to make Element's sponsorship explicit, while preserving the existing references to element-web and RiotRobot.
