Description

GitHub actions now supports non-zipped artifacts but unlike circle ci it only works for a single file.

I think it should be technically possible to inline all of the js, css and figures into one (massive 😆) html page?

Research direction

Start by locating the existing HTML figure test-report generation and the artifact output used by GitHub Actions and CircleCI. Determine how the report's JavaScript, CSS, and figures are currently stored, then verify that the completed report is a single self-contained HTML file that can be uploaded as one artifact.
