Description

I'm not 100% sure where this is coming from but it seems that sunpy PRs are no longer generating hash libraries we can download to update the hashes.

Is this something which stops working with xdist? @ConorMacBride

Research direction

Start by reproducing the missing hash-library generation with --mpl-generate-summary, comparing runs with and without xdist. Done means SunPy pull requests again produce downloadable hash libraries for updating hashes, or the issue clearly documents why xdist prevents this.
