Description

Hello,

I've been trying to figure out how to format a line that would change colors depending on if it is higher or lower than another line throughout a time series. IE. if a stock price is higher or lower than a trend line.

Any help on this would appreciated
Matt

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points and asks for help rather than defining a concrete change. First clarify the desired conditional-color behavior and identify the relevant plotting API and existing examples before estimating implementation or tests.
