is there a way to set a distance between the top and bottom of the chart so that any signals are not cut off?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the chart shown in the issue and inspect mplfinance's chart and axis-limit handling. Determine whether the public plotting options expose top and bottom padding for signals, then add coverage for the requested behavior. Done means plotted signals are no longer cut off while the existing chart output remains correct.
