Description

When I run drawlsmask() with basemap I get this error:
`TypeError: 'float' object cannot be interpreted as an integer`

Research direction

Start by reproducing drawlsmask() in Basemap under Python 3.4 and inspect the traceback for the operation receiving a float where an integer is required. Done means drawlsmask() runs without the reported TypeError while preserving its map-mask output.
