Description

## Expected Behavior
* "Marketing Campaign Reporting" additional parameters should show the goal conversion in the statistics, even if the visitor does converted the goal with the second visit

## Current Behavior
* "Marketing Campaign Reporting" plugin additional parameters do not show the conversion of goals, when
* visitor came to the website with campaign parameters on the first visit and
* visitor converted the goal on the second visit

## Steps to Reproduce (for Bugs)
Here some screenshots to explain:

![2021-10-14 16_54_13-IKK BB Deutsch - Oktober 2021 - Webanalytik-Berichte - Matomo](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/25771066/137346529-71f89a02-6cf6-4c99-9cbc-1b56d1e28309.png)

And at next the screenshot with the goal conversions for campaign names.
We will see a difference: one Visitor is obviously missing in the statistics of the additional parameters Marketing Campaign Reporting plugin

I looked at the missing visitor in the visitor log and exported it. See my export:

Research direction

Start by reproducing the two-visit campaign flow described in the issue, using the Marketing Campaign Reporting additional-parameter statistics and the goal conversion report for comparison. Trace the plugin's reporting entry points to determine why the second-visit conversion is omitted; done means the conversion appears in the additional-parameter statistics as well.
