Description

Hi,

MarketingCampaignsReporting plugin has been occasionally deactivated by the system.
- Could you please describe causes why it could happen?
- Please give the cue how can we do plugin status checks in automated way, in other words how avoid it or how to be informed regarding this.

MarketingCampaignsReporting.getSource (http://prntscr.com/kgmer3) doesn't correspond to VisitsSummary.getUniqueVisitors (http://prntscr.com/kgmfbt) for the moment.
- Is there any way to recalculate statistics to make them matching?

Configuration:
Matomo version: 3.5.1
MySQL version: 10.1.35-MariaDB
PHP version: 7.1.5
Installed plugins: Origin All (54) | Core (53) | Official (1) | Third-party (0)
MarketingCampaignsReporting version: 3.1.1

Thank you in advance

Research direction

No source files or tests are identified in the issue. Start by tracing MarketingCampaignsReporting.getSource and VisitsSummary.getUniqueVisitors, then inspect how plugin activation status and reporting data are checked. Done would require a confirmed deactivation cause, an automated status-check approach, and a documented way to reconcile the statistics.
