Campaign names view only shows zeroes for ‘Goals metrics’

In my setup, the goal metrics are zeroes in the table at Goals > Overview > Goals by Referrers: Campaign Names with the ‘Display a table with Goals metrics’ visualization. The same applies to these tables for each goal.

It's suspected to be a bug, because the zeroes are inconsistent with these workarounds:

1. When I open the segmented visits log for a campaign that I know has conversions, I can see that Matomo has picked these up, including the revenue.
   Looking at the visitor profile for one of them, I see that some of the goal conversions happened upon the first visit, ruling out that it’s an attribution issue with first/subsequent visits.
2. When I create a segment with the campaign name in the conditional, the conversions and their values are shown in the Overview (but still not in the table under 'Campaign names').

I use Matomo v4.12.3 and the Marketing Campaign Reporting plugin v4.1.3.

Reproduce the issue in Matomo v4.12.3 with Marketing Campaign Reporting v4.1.3, comparing the Campaign Names goals table with the segmented visits log and Overview segment. Trace how campaign-name tables load goal conversions and revenue. Done means the affected tables show the same goal metrics as the confirmed conversions.
