Description
Command would be used in this way:
```
./console loginldap:test-access-attribute '...'
```
or
```
./console loginldap:test-access-attribute --server=...
```
In the first case it will test a raw attribute value string, and in the second it should test every available user in the server denoted by --server= arg. Said arg will reference a server in the config, as opposed to a ldap URL.
The command should print out debug information along w/ what access the string/user(s) result in.
