Description
I am currently attempting to deploy Matomo on Azure App Service using a container image. While setting up the path mapping for Matomo's persistence data, I encountered an issue with Azure Storage File Share and blob containers, resulting in a read-only filesystem error. I would appreciate assistance in successfully deploying Matomo on Azure App Service while utilizing Azure Storage."

Research direction
Start with the Azure App Service path-mapping setup described in the issue, focusing on the Matomo persistence data mount and the Azure Storage File Share or blob-container configuration. Reproduce or verify the read-only filesystem failure with the container image; done means Matomo deploys on Azure App Service with writable persistent storage.
